The Smoke Ring experience was a total devastating disaster!!! Where do I start, only two employees was serving out orders a waiter and a waitress, but the thing is your waiter is also your Host, waiter and busboy. The food is very bland, tough and dry. If I could give a lower score I would. I had been to this place twice before with one friend and the service was bad but the food was good. Our family plan to meet there to celebrate a birthday 20 people including 3 children under 9. It took one hour for our orders to be taken and this was told to me by the 9 year old playing on his phone. The food arrived about 20mins later. That when the celebration turned into a nightmare. I am responding because in no way shape or form is this what happened. And i will not allow such lies said without the truth being actually told. It absolutely did not take an hour for your food order to be taken. Complete nonsense. You were all arriving at different times and waited to order food until everyone got there. Then is where the problems started. You ordered six racks of ribs. Ate almost half of them and then tried to send stuff back that was absolutely perfect. In from out of town. The waiter was very patient as we were waiting on the last of our group. We waited 45 minutes before we actually ordered any food. The Pig Stye Nachos were great for an appetizer. My 10 y/o son and I split ribs and pork. We both had a hard time eating the ribs. They were tough and almost impossible to eat with the membrane still attached. The pork we were served was absolutely white, with no smoke taste.

We didn't eat, just went for an adult beverage. The owner/host was friendly and a fellow Texan. Great personality, great staff... Great atmosphere for having some fun! We are from Central Texas so we will be back! We have friends that live in the building.
