I have driven from Westchester County NY to this restaurant for lunch because of the corn and crab chowder. I sit, doped up on benedryl and steroids, with an epi-pen in my purse so that once a year I can have this soup. It is worth risking your life over, it is that good. The chicken on a biscuit and pulled pork sandwiches are also tasty. This is a must-go spot in all of New England.

The place is not fully enclosed so it was damp and cold. It’s a spot for the “younger” crowd so the noise level was high. As far as the food was concerned, we both ordered the baby back ribs which arrived cold and slightly dried out. Disappointing to say the least.

Good friendly service and drinks but brisket tough as shoe leather pulled pork had no Smokey flavor didn't even see a smoker on site

My favorite Newport spot.... great staff, good beers and drinks, and love the pulled pork nachos. And the hog wings are awesome!!!!
