Placed an order 2 weeks and it still has not been shipped. Unable to reach anybody via message, email or phone! Many voicemails left with Penny and Tommy and nothing! Unacceptable! Horrible customer service! Where is my order?? Buyer Beware!

In the past, I've never had a bad experience with these guys, however I have been trying for over a week now to find out where my order is that was ordered and paid for over 2 weeks ago now and have yet to receive a response. Looks like I'm going to have to go back to making the trip to Firehouse Vapes in Rock Hill since Penny is too worried about taking my money to send a timely response about a missing order

I love Pennys!! I've bought liquids from 3 other vape shops and none can compare to Pennys! The service is always wonderful and the people are very knowledgeable and chill as H*LL!! I'd recommend them to anyone who vapes or are thinking about getting into it!
Won't be back. Bad customer services. Sold me faulty charger that killed my batteries. Gave me a 10% discount on new crappy charger and batteries. Seems they're out another customer. Won't be in business long likely.
Just got my penny's pick in 3 days. And it's by far the tastiest juice I've vaped. Loving the Jolly Roger Blueraspberry, Jolly Roger Watermelon and my favorite out of the bunch is Fruity Orgasm. I also got Cinnamon Pear and Red Apple Rage and those I have to need a cinnamon fix but still are very tasty. Thanks for the speedy delivery and awesome quality of your juices
