Yet another fine barbecue joint in Lockhart, Texas. The pork ribs made me forget about the sauce, and the cream corn was excellent.
I've been going to Smitty's Market in Lockhart Tx, Since my childhood days.. And not once I have eaten at black's barbecue In Luling Tx. I'm not one of them guys that like to go shopping around when I know I can find the best meat at Smitty's.. #SMITTY'S💯 — with Norma Corona.
the wonderful smell of BBQ
The bark on the bbq was great, however, the fat was not rendered on the brisket. Never should you have to cut fat off your brisket because it’s too tough to chew... The sides were sub par. We had to pay cash 2 times for the same meal at two different registers. There is no silverware. Every extra thing costs extra, like pickles and onions.
