I'm not really sure who is in charge of repairs, but they've had our 4 wheeler since June. We were told when we took it up there it may be "a week or two" before it was looked at. Cool, that's ok. We had an extended warranty on it.. my husband told them BEFORE anything is done to it let him know what's wrong and if it would be covered under the warranty. Grant, Nathan, and Sam are by far three of the most amazing folks I could have asked to be helped by here in Tuscaloosa Alabama! I am on a motorcycle Run traveling from California to Washington DC and my bike took an unexpected powerloss in the middle of the highway.... These wonderful men got me going in relatively no time. Rick Smith went above and beyond the call of duty when my sweetheart bought a Goldwing. I felt like he was fair in price and went to such pains to show how to operate everything on the motorcycle. I would give 5 stars and recommend them to anyone interested in a sports cycle or vehicle!!!
Super nice, helpful people. We were from out of town and had an issue with one of the bikes. They went out of their way to help.
