Every person I spoke with by phone was very professional. I was informed ahead of time that techs washed their hands before and after each house call and wore shoe covers, gloves, and masks (the mask was upon request). Smith's Plumbing Service came to my rescue on a Saturday afternoon with a water leak and drain pipe leak under my house. The tech John S******* located the water leak and repaired it quickly. He was personable and went over the repair process and costs. I would recommend this company to anyone.
