September 08, 2021 Today I had a service appointment for two drain cleanouts. The service tech, Will and his Trainee, were very professional. Will explained the problem I had, he explained in detail what was needed and the cost. They performed the service in a timely and efficient manner. I am very pleased with Smith's Plumbing and the service they provided. The cost was also reasonable. Larry J.

I contacted Smith Plumbing on 3/26/21 for an emergency replacement of a hot water heater. Customer service from the office staff was OUTSTANDING and Steven, Brandon, Chris and Tyler did an EXCEPTIONAL job with the estimate and installation. I have dealt with more contractors than I can remember in the past 45 years of home ownership .... none have provided the level of service that I received from Dustin Smith's crew!
Ethan & Chris did a fantastic job. The procedures & costs were explained thoroughly before the work was started. They were timely & personable. This was my first time using Smith's & will not be my last!
Ethan replaced a toilet and rebuilt a faucet for me. He was polite, personable, and did excellent work.
We called Smith's because they have a good reputation and are fairly close by, in Bartlett. They sent us what I consider a perfect match to the definition of the word "plumber". Ethan was prompt, wore his COVID protection and "booties" to protect us and our belongings. He took time to explain every step of the process and what was needed and why. Soon our problems were solved and we have to say thanks to Smith's for sending Ethan to us yesterday. Thanks Ethan and Thanks Smith's Plumbing.
