my mother purchased a lift chair there in 2015. Was told any problems contact smiths. back of chair broke. had warranty. called could not sale in computer. wrong info looked up. checked again. found. no longer sell brand of left chair. would not do.anything to check warranty on chair as promised when brought. my mother had to pay for another chair. no concern for senior citizens. made my mother cry.

RecommendedThanks so much to the nice young man who was working the back parking lot curb service today. I had to wait a good while until my doctor could fax my prescription. He kept checking on my prescription and keeping me updated. True customer service and he was smiling behind his mask the entire time!!
