I don’t recommend leaving without checking your receipt! The lack of customer service skills I encountered by the manager was shocking ! As I 20 year long customer I’ve hand many instances to deal with a manager and some just to praise someone. The way Kayla, Customer Service manager dismissively treated me is appalling . No empathy or even an ounce of care. She seemed tired and burned out. I would venture to say she is overwhelmed. She had my sympathy until she rudely said I can’t help you and just walked away. You would think this is the only store in this area!! No matter what time of the day it’s crowded
We were at the deli counter for 30 mins! It’s no wonder my 2 1/2 year was restless! I was given parenting advice from the guy on the deli, he told me to let my son stand in the cart!!! I told him that the reason he was restless is because we’d stood at the deli counter for 30 mins! There’s just no need GET MORE DELI STAFF!
If you live in Henderson go to this Smith's. It's on Horizon and Eastern. Whatever you do don't go to the Smith's on Silverado Ranch. It's really disorganized and none of the staff know ever anything is. This location is so much better. Knowledgeable staff and amazing selection. Their deli is also a favorite of mine.
Great prices. Kroger house brand excellent quality. Good selection. Great staff.
Very very long chicken feathers and quills on the fried and baked chicken in the deli section! Ready to cut your kid’s throat or choke someone! Imelda, the manager is handling this today, but what about all the other days?
