I received excellent service from SmithLife Homecare. I needed 24-hour care following a medical procedure along with transportation. The caregivers —Aissata during the daytime and Tigist overnight — were professional and caring. I really felt i was in good hands. I also appreciated that whenever i called SmithLife with a question someone was always available to take my call or quickly answer an email - including Andres who did the intake and was great at explaining the service.
