This review is based just on the last two visits I had at the clinic. All around I have to say they are not the same place as they were when Dr. Church was there. We brought in a rescue for a checkup and paid a lot for it. All that was done was his back legs rotated - period. I had to ask to have his ears looked at because they appeared to be bothering him, and was told they were fine. I later discovered they were full of dirt. I w🗣ld to come on as long as I got there by 4pm. I was only needing the 3rd DHPP shot for my 2 pups. They already had Rabies and I didn't want the Bordetella because I'm not boarding them within next 9 months.. I was only expecting to receive one shot for each puppy during visit. instead, the vet Kathy Phillips administered a rabies shot, the bordetella and finally DHPP on the first puppy. Very rude staff. They neutered my pet and did not even schedule a check up visit or give him any antibiotics.

Is to bad Services because I took my dogs there for an exam and fecal told me it was $ 161 for both of them and I said yes and they finished and measured the bill that was $ 590 and they didn't even measure the proof of what they did to the puppies alone the proof of rabies and he had already told them that they already had rabies and I told them that he was not going to put out all that that he only brought $ 220 and they took him and did not measure the medications they needed and I went home without medications and paid ... read more

We followed Dr. Church to Knightdale when he initially opened Smithfield Road Vet (SRV). Please know this review is not about Dr. Church as we LOVE and respect him. He has always been wonderful and caring to our many fur babies over the years AND we felt he always went the extra mile. In fact if he ever leaves SRV we will follow him again.
