Not sure why basically I got ghosted by the technician when it first he was so excited to help us. But when we tried to contact him back he would not ever contact us even after I called their National number three times in the last time I was told he would contact us but he did not so I'm sorry but he gets one star. If I could give him a zero I would have. I recently used Smithereen and had Tyler come out. From the first phone call, to the initial visit, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They arrived on time, explained the treatment process in detail, and addressed all my concerns about safety and effectiveness. I would recommend this company and Tyler to others!
Sean Ray came out and performed a thorough inspection on our home for termites. He inspected the areas he found last year that had termites and damage during the buying house inspection.
