SmithCo Exteriors rebuilt an existing deck that was not only completed to perfection, but with great professionalism. Ruben, the young man in charge of the project was extremely competent, as well as a real pleasure to be around. Having been trained as a small boy by his father who was a builder enabled him to possess skills beyond his years. My husband, Harvey, and I highly recommend SmithCo as a professional organization that listens to the customer and stands behind their work.

This company is amazing! Scott at SmithCo has gone the extra mile to help us get our home looking great before we move in. The siding is great looking and they have done an excellent job. This definitely boosted the value of our home. By the way, they keep their word something that is not common these days. Great company and great people to work with. Thanks guys.

SmithCo provided a job well-done on an older (1940s) bungalow house that had several structural issues and was in dire need of new exterior siding. The Owner was friendly and professional, provided a timely work schedule - the crew maintained a very clean and tidy workspace. I would recommend them again!

Everything went great and we had a positive experience. Mr. Smith (the owner) gave us the bid and went over several window styles (because we needed windows that would look good in an older cape cod style home) and options for pricing and saving money. When it came time for installation, the guys who installed our windows were professional and did an excellent job. Your company installed new windows and siding on my house this year. I just want to let you know how pleased I am with the results. It was a very professional well done job. The best part is just how it has helped with the utility bills. A normal bill would be close to $200 and last month it was $116! Thank you for a job well done!

I employed SmithCo to build my sunroom. I found them to be most professional. There were no additional costs to the contract once the job was started or upon completion. The work was definately quality. I have had the pleasure of sharing my beautiful room with many of my friends. Upon their visits several have hired SmithCo to do their work. Including siding, windows, and enclosures.
