They kept the site clean, worked hard to make the house beautiful. They applied the trim precisely and made the seams transparent. The siding team were friendly and easy to work with.

They did great job installing my siding, soffit and fascia. Smithco put new siding on my house in November 2020 and all new soffit in my screened porch in December 2020. I was wanting to have the cutest house on the block and what they did helped me achieve that goal. My house looks just like the little Cape Cod cottage I had pictured in mind when I decided to buy the house. I was very pleased with the work done by SmithCo Exteriors. They built a screened in porch for me catering to some specific things that I requested/needed. When tearing down my deck they were able to save the existing pergola and relocate it to another place in the yard.
