Im going to give this restaurant a5! Based on the meeting and conversation with a young man named Dan "Dan The Man" who works there. I was in a convenience store and saw a young man who was in uniform. I'd mistaking him for working somewhere else. He very proudly told me he worked at this restaurant and gave it an awesome review. I am a foodie, i frequent DelFriscos, Perrys, Mortons, Brennans ect. I love a good steak. And this guy had sooo much knowledge of the meat, its cut, its aged process. My beautiful wife and I chose to eat here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I must say that it was one of the best dining experiences we've had all around. From the card congratulating us on our anniversary sitting on the table upon arrival, to the attentiveness of our waiter (who happened to live about 3 minutes from us it turned out), to the food that was cooked perfectly, to the complementary appetizer and dessert for our special occasion, what a great time we had overall. I scheduled a party for my son's graduation from LSU this past weekend that was fantastic. Jennifer Knobloch and the whole staff did an amazing job setting up . . . . they rented colored table cloths and runners for my son's school. They were thorough with the pre-planning stages, flexible with some of our menu choices and really treated all of our guests top notch!!!! Highly recommend S&W and especially the Houston team . . . . thank you so much!
