I came in looking for a part that they did not have. The guy behind the desk gave me the part number, and checked other places until he found a store locally that had the part I was looking for. Anytime I need something. This is the first place I call!
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen and being rude and belligerent to a customer is inexcusable. Will never do business with this company again.
I sent my Ventrac in for a service with a list of parts that needed to be replaced with the service. After a week I get a call to let me know what the prices would be and that it would take another week to get them in and another week to complete the job. My questions is why did it take a week before the call? Poor customer service.
Excellent products, great prices, and outstanding team to work with!
