The tech that came to replace the broken security monitor keyboard was very professional, honest and went out of his way to make sure the system worked. He didn’t try to get us to purchase things we didn’t need, but he did great explaining upgrades if we did want it when asked. The tech was excellent, but the call center needs work. They are rude and short with people.
The tech handling my service call was great! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, diagnosed and fixed my problem, and took time to answer all my questions.
Eric was great! John was my installer he was very knowledgeable & very honest!!!! Definitely 5 stars all the way around!!!!!
