I'm giving Smith's a 5 on this review. When we bought our fifth wheel from them we asked that they put in a tankless water heater. After a couple of weeks the tankless was not doing its job. Smith's (especially Tony the technician) spent a good 3-4 weeks trying to get it fixed. They called the company and finally was able to get a new one, but....the new one was doing the same thing. Amazing all the way around! I’m 43 and this was absolutely my best buying experience. Jerry was awesome (salesman), Shawn our guy that did paperwork was amazing and Brandy the GM walked us out to camper to help with tv (I dont want a tv while camping but family won that one) definitely not a bs review.. Best buying experience I have ever had!!! They are amazing. Thank you Smith RV!!!!

I purchased a new Winnebago from this dealership in March. To make a very long story short, they lied about the age of the vehicle. It’s having service issues as a result, but the GM won’t accept or return my phone calls. To say they’re dishonest would be an understatement.
