Maintenance was excellent- Specifically Victor! I had an emergency situation where my apartment had flooded and Victor responded urgently to this issue. He worked with me to troubleshoot and solve the problem within 20 minutes of my original call. I am beyond grateful that he helped me deal with this issue kindly and urgently! Thank you Victor!!!
Horrible, negligent, careless
Here is a picture of a raccoon living in the roof of Smith's property at 515 W Wilson St. Theres just a big hole in the roof. How could a property manager let a house get this bad?
The staff at Smith really go above and beyond--even if you do not live in the building! I had not lived at 20 N Blair for over seven years. Despite this fact, when two of my packages were sent there by mistake, Chris and the other staff took it upon themselves to send them to me immediately, as soon as I contacted them. I was so worried when I called that they would say there was nothing they could do! But they went out of their way to make two different trips to USPS and get my packages to me ASAP.
