I felt sorry for the next family that moves into the rental we just moved out of. The companies they contract with eletrical, carpet, plumming ect will take your belongings if you are not watching them. Please find anyone else besides this property management company to rent from.
I'm on a month to month lease and these people still want a 30 day notice. These people are true crooks when it comes to renters. Please rent from anyone else besides Lillian Smith property management.
This property manager is absolutely horrible. She got me a bad tenant, cost me thousands of dollars, and seemed to be more concerned about the tenant's issues than representing my interests as the owner. She also took actions without my approval which directly cost me money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
