This was my first experience with POA and Dr. Smith and I am so happy that I found them. Dr. Smith took time to explain everything and made it in layman’s term. All my questions were answered and I wasn’t made to feel like I was a bother by asking. Thank you so much.

I met Dr. Smith due to an emergency. From the moment he walked into the room it was as if we had been friends for years. He was warm, caring, and very concerned about my injury. He was an excellent listener and offered two treatment options, briefly detailing pros and cons of each. He answered all of my questions and throughout the whole visit I didn’t feel rushed!
I highly recommend Dr. Smith. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. I have seen him for two problems, one requiring surgery. Everything went smoothly - and even pleasantly, thanks to his expertise and positive approach. In addition, the office is very well run, with friendly and efficient staff.

First of all, this office is extremely well run. There are no long waits, and the staff is very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Smith is just wonderful; intelligent, knowledgeable, witty, understanding, thorough, and patient. He explained my condition very clearly and told me what I should expect during the recovery period. He took his time with the examination, and was sympathetic and encouraging. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Smith is very friendly, upbeat and engaging -- even with a face mask on and practicing appropriate social distancing!!! He is very efficient -- got right to the heart of the problem -- but I never felt rushed and felt he heard and listened to every word I said. He was patient answering my questions and clear when giving me instructions. He thoroughly laid out the options for treatment of my issue and recommended conservative (i.e., surgery as the last option) treatment going forward.
