Dr. Smith was kind and thorough-- answering my many questions with patience and genuine joy. I really appreciated that he took his time and thoughtfully helped me.
Dr. Smith is an exceptional physician. Besides his role as a Podiatric Surgeon , Dr. Smith sees his role as caring for his patients. That deep sense of caring and compassion, often called bedside manner is not a skill taught in medical school. It is inherent of a person, and one who truly defines compassionate caregiving. Doctor Smith was super knowledgeable, profesional, patient and friendly, he takes the time to explain the issue and different treatment options, literally one of the best experiences in my life! If every doctor was like Dr. Smith, this would be a much better world
Whenever I go to POA, I see Dr. Smith. He has a calming way about him and is easy to talk to. He always explains things clearly and doesn't jump to conclusions. He has always helped me resolve or work with the issue at hand.
