We were in the middle of working out a deal on a 2014 Mini Countryman (we are in St. Louis, MO) and "assuming" they did not like our counter offer... they sold the vehicle out from under us. After we made our offer, we were told the manager would get right back to us... we waited to hear back, but after 4+ hours, we called back and was told the manager was busy and would get right back to us. By the end of the day, still had not heard back so we called again. Finally got the manager and was told they could not accept our las... read more

Took a chance and drove 6 hours to look at one of their vehicles. Grant was very knowledgeable and held the vehicle for me to ensure it was there when I arrived. Met the owner, Andy, and he seemed to be a great guy..... they price their cars to sell and I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks to everyone at Smith for a great buying experience. I would highly reckoned to anyone, it was worth the drive.
