We were in the middle of working out a deal on a 2014 Mini Countryman (we are in St. Louis, MO) and "assuming" they did not like our counter offer... they sold the vehicle out from under us. After we made our offer, we were told the manager would get right back to us... we waited to hear back, but after 4+ hours, we called back and was told the manager was busy and would get right back to us.
