Had to hop on here to give a good review for this company. Had a new hot water tank and heat pump replaced for my home. From the beginning, the darling young lady that handled the scheduling over the phone was so helpful and sweet- she set the mood for the transaction. Upon arrival, the crew was friendly and got right to work, got everything done in the same day. I am very happy with my HVAC system. The system looks and functions great. Caleb helped me choose the right one for my needs. Once installed, he explained how the unit worked and how to care for it. Olivia was always kind and professional when I called the office. Their prices are reasonable as well.

So Wednesday our furnace started to make a noise. The furnace was very old. I called Smith Heating and Cooling. I told them I needed someone to come check it out. When they got here a man met me at the door, his name was Caleb, very professional. He proceeded to look at the furnace. IT WAS NOT GOOD. The heat exchange had several cracks. He said his was not safe for us and the only way to fix this was a new furnace. They ordered everything on Thursday night. I would like to give a shout out to Josh from Smith Heating & Cooling for the prompt and excellent service he gave us on our furnace that was giving us problems. Thank you we now have heat.
