Saturday at 10:30am my 3500hd duramax Chevy broke down and stranded me on I40 towing a travel trailer with a wife and 2yr old kid with me. They said bring it to them, and instantly started working on it. The mechanic on duty wasn't a normal diesel mechanic but was able to diagnose what was wrong, found they had the right part in stock, got it installed and everything fixed. Some of the people that work here I like , butt after buying my car I would advise you to take a double take at everything you sign , and believe nothing you hear even that of what the owner ' Jeff " will tell you ! I'm aggravated with most of everything in dealing with this place , and trying to decide if I want to file a complaint with gm just to go on the record . You have been warned to think twice with your business here !
The service dept here is top notch. I was traveling and needed a repair, they ordered my part and got me in and out of there before noon so I could reach my destination in time. The mechanic that worked on my car was also A1. I don't say this often. Really nice people as well. Thank you so much!!
