Dr Smith is quick and direct. He's a good Dr. However his billing department is completely incompetent and unqualified to submit claims to ins. Just terrible billing.

I have a pacemaker. Medtronic said he cannot use anything electronic or with magnets, which could give me electrical shocks in my chest and destroy my implant. He told me that he does not believe in anything I said. He said he would use whatever he wanted and that he does it all the time. I have a lesion on the bridge of my nose between my eyes. I told him that I had both cataracts removed recently and was concerned about eye safety. If his liquid nitrogen gun can burn off the skin on my nose, I can only imagine what he coul... read more

Super disappointed with the billing and the phone and messaging does not work! Just received a bill for services from 2023 and none of the payments we made are on the statement! Then try to call and it goes to the after hours person who doesn’t have any other way to contact the office. Try to message from website and it doesn’t work. So hopefully someone will see this and reach out?

Dr.? Smith was my dermatologist for a short while. I do not trust him and left ASAP.

My visit started with a friendly greeting once inside the door. The next friendly greeting came from the assistant/professional who called me back to the room. Then came in Dr. Smith and my impression of him was, this is great I finally found the Dermatologist I needed. From his explanation of what he is going to do to his implementation of the procedures to the final product of healing the whole process is a home run! I truly wish I found his office sooner. Thank you Dr. Smith and your entire staff!

The office was clean, the front desk person was wonderful, and the staff was great. The PA came in first and did a run down with me of my medical issues I came to be seen about. He was very professional and personable. Dr. Smith then came in. He was very professional, appeared knowledgeable, and was personable as well. In addition to the main issues I came in to discuss, he took time to look me over in other areas and found other issues that he felt I needed to treat. While I greatly appreciated the time he took to do that, ... read more

I set and confirmed an appointment for 11:15 (June 2022), when I arrived they told me that I was late and would have to re-schedule. Apparently they had emailed me earlier that day changing the time to 11:00, no phone call or text (something I might have actually seen)

Went in to have a couple minor procedures addressed including a cholesterol deposit removed. My family has a genetic predisposition to high cholesterol. Dr. Smith used what felt like a hot prod to burn the small spots in my eye lid. Needless to say it felt pretty rough. An Ann Arbor Physician gave me a local anesthetic and cut the affected area out & them stitched it up 4 or 5 years ago (other eye). No scaring and minimal pain then 2/3 weeks later stitches out and all set. Dr. Smith's procedure as mentioned was very painful ... read more
