Dr. Chuck Smith completed 2 implants. Sample implants were used and no pain mediation was given. I ended up at another dentist where the entire lower jaw was infected due to the implants. They had to be removed, infection scraped from the bone and once healed replaced. This cost a tremendous amount of money and time. This is also my first cousin. If it happened to me it will happen to others.
This was my first visit to the office, they worked me in quickly. Everyone conducted themselves professionally. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions i had before working on me. Even though they were busy, i didnt feel rushed at any point. They took their time and im very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks Doctor T. and Joraun, looking forward to my next visit. Special thanks to Joraun for breaking the ice and having a good laugh with me.
Dr Trailer is an absolute jerk!! I’ve been warned prior to going here and I’ve now received the same bad experience! I paid 267 for a filling that he screwed up! I’d rather have the cavity itself than the after experience of him making my tooth hard to live with! Don’t dare attempt going here and if you’re already self conscious b.c he will be little you and smile about it!
Want to say that I had my teeth cleaned last week. The wonderful dental assistant Joraun had clean my teeth. She was very professional, warm and caring! I would definitely want her again! 😊 Thank you! Joraun
The worst customer service experience ever! You should probably RUN! Being new to the area, someone suggested this place and for some reason I felt compelled to keep going and allowed them to do major work after being very disappointed with the staff, their customer service and the work that was provided previously. I ended up letting Dr. Nombi talk me into getting a bridge instead of an implant and everything else was down hill!
