Went here because my last doctors office made a couple mistakes with my prescription, just seemed to go downhill. I told him i had a major eye shift in my right eye and i was told it may be diabetes. Had that checked and changed my diet, blood sugar dropped. My eyes were still the same.The new younger doctor seemed very interested in my issue. Called to make an appointment for glasses and contacts. Spoke to Alberto (Manager). I have Medicare and straight Medicaid. I was told that glasses were at no charge. Which I understand. I asked for contacts and advised that there would be a charge of 60-80.00 which I understand. But my co-pay would cost me 60-80.00 plus the contacts because he said it’s a separate exam. Advised that prescription for contacts are different. So it would run me 160.00. But no Co- pay if I was coming in for glasses only. I was very disappointed ... read more

My daughter and I have been patients here for the past 7 years! We love it here, but heard during our last appointment in May of 2023 he was retiring and the office would still be open with a new eye doctor, yet it’s only November of 2023 and my daughter’s glasses broke, and I can’t get a hold of anyone during normal business hours, and no one is calling me back!! I’m not sure what the issue is, but we desperately need a replacement pair of glasses, and we’re not getting any sort of customer support, or response… After 7 yea... read more
Bought a pair of glasses few weeks ago. The lenses were defective. When I called doctors office they said defect can be remedied for extra 90$. Was never told/explained regarding any additional charges when buying the glasses, very misleading.Trusted the doctor and went there as a first time customer. Never again!
