I had a problem no other doctor in Pittsburgh could diagnose and Darwin Smith figured it out right away, told me about my problem and the next day after my treatment all the symptoms vanished. I need monthly maintenance but with that the problem never returns. If I don't get treatments, it does return. Darwin is a great healer and will discuss holistic methods if you ask him. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.
