I was hopeful about the services offered here, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Communication has been extremely slow and often non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times for follow-up and support, but responses were either delayed or never came. When dealing with mental health services, timely communication and reliability are essential. It’s frustrating to feel like your concerns aren’t being acknowledged
