They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth.

They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They gave an adequate level of care compared to others I have been to for the same problem.

Was this chiropractor friendly? Not Really Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere!

They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here.
