Zach, my salesman, and Ryan, my sales manager, both did an amazing job helping me find my beautiful new 2021 Camaro. Zach kept me informed throughout the whole process and Ryan did a fantastic job finding the exact car I wanted. At no time did I feel like I was pressured during the process, and I also felt like I was treated honestly and fairly. I am beyond pleased with my new car and have nothing but praise for Orr Chevrolet of Fort Smith!!!
So irritated at Orr Chevrolet Cadillac here in Fort Smith right now!! The devil is a lie, I’m not about to call them and go off, I’m not about to let them make me loose my salvation!!! Mind you I haven’t had any issues with my vehicle and the check engine light. I call and set up an appointment for them to come get my vehicle Wednesday for the routine Oil change and Tire rotation. Ralph Cubbler is awesome! He worked with us to get the car we wanted at a price we loved. He was honest and accommodating. Not pushy at all. We were so comfortable with him that after shopping many different dealerships from NWA to OKC we came back to Orr and Ralph. The dealership is nice and clean and everyone is friendly. I would definitely have no problems sending friends or family to them to purchase a car. Thank y’all for make car buying pleasurable.
