I strongly recommend that you do not deal with Kamloops Hyundai. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The staff were unprofessional and unethical in their conduct. We were accused of being liars, spoken to disrespectfully, and treated in a way no customer should ever be treated. Went in with my pregnant partner and toddler, they asked what my total budget was and I said 40k surprised the total out come for my $32k car was $42k after the $5.8k warranty and some bs $1.9k protection plan. Finance mike was awesome…talked to him and he got rid of the warranty. TRAVIS HEDGES the sales person has ghosted me when I wanted to cancel my $1.9k protection plan.
