I have not had a good experience thus far. Managers are impossible to get ahold of, they don't call you back. Lots of miscommunication on the sales person and managers ( promises that were not kept and then made to look like i was bullshitting after I specifically said what I was needing and looking for) and rude staff who answer the phone the receptionists are very very rude. I booked my truck in for a service, and somehow my booking was lost. The staff was very accommodating and got me in, between other appointments quickly. They definitely went out of their way for me.
