Horrible. Maybe good if you are trying to rent your house out and have no moral ethics but if you are renting for whatever reason, choose a different place. I am a home owner of several properties in Florida but needed for a two year period here and it was a horrible experience. Multiple issues with the house, the maintenance, the manager, etc... The business is stuck in the 90's. Stay away.
They took the money of the aplication to denay 225 dollars with my income of nurse.they are not honest.
