From the moment I walked through the door for the consultation to each follow up visit, nothing but the best treatment! The team make you feel like family. Can't ask for a better experience!
The service is amazing. Everything is targeted towards making the patient happy about their visit. Everyone is nice and the first time you walk through those doors, you get a nice in depth tour of the whole facility.
April 6, 2018 I asked for paper work to transfer my treatment to another clinic on Feb. 21. I have contacted them about the transfer for more than 20 times in past 6+ weeks. Yet, I have not got the paper work as of April 6. Another clinic told me a transfer should take about a week. Something is wrong with this clinic. They don't understand or care about the pain they cause me now. They will not care about the pain they may cause to you and your kids in future.
I went to Smiling Yangs for a consultation for my daughter and walked out a patient. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome, plus the tour of the office made us feel even more welcomed. Every employee made us feel as if we were apart of the Smiling Yangs family. Dr. Yang was so nice and is very compassionate about his work and his patients. I am so glad that I was referred to Dr. Yang and even more glad that my daughter will be receiving services from Smiling Yangs!!
Very nice staff and clean office.. always willing to help the patient achieve the best service and that indeed he does � definitely would recommend anyone!
