Need information how to get prepaid money back. Called department of health,850-245-4339 we can only complaint against their licenses throught DOH. Not sure how can get to their escrow account for paid advanced payment. for couple thousand dollars, not sure if worth to find lawyer. Anyone have legal background please provide information. They treated patients in this bad manner meaning they don’t want reopen the business. Really feel sorry for DR. Yang! 😭He was a wonderful doctor!
Why did the office shut down and not tell any of their patients anything����
Since Dr Yang passed, its been downhill. I have always had a great experience there. Great staff, great, timely and courteous service. However, I was very disappointed a few days ago when I left work early, rushed to my appointment only to find the whole office shut down with no explanation. Not a text, email, or call. To make matters worse, Two days later, I received and email stating that the office will be closed indefinitely to undergo “reconstruction.” What the heck does that mean?
After the Dr passed away no. I've been sitting outside the orthodontist office for over 2 hours. They have apparently been closed and didn't even bother telling anyone. There's 10 people here who had appointments. I flew in from Tennessee for my final retainer scans and there is no one here. I spent money on a flight, hotel, and rental car, and my treatment is paid in full. My messages on messenger are being read but not answered. WILL PEOPLE BE REFERRED ELSEWHERE OR MONIES REFUNDED? HOW DO I FINISH MY TREATMENT?!

Smiling Yangs is awesome! My son Thomas got his braces off and was leaving town the next day for vacation and had him come back later in the afternoon to get his retainers. We had a great experience here with Dr Yang and his friendly staff. I highly recommend them for your orthodontic needs.
Dr Yang & his staff are exceptionally amazing! They carry an unique culture at this practice, they welcome their new patients in a unique way. I got a little emotional today. It was my daughters last visit with Dr Yang. For four years she has been A patient of Dr. Yang’s. His staff is beyond knowledgeable professional and friendly. I really can’t find the words describe Dr. Yang compassionate is just one of many! Thank you Smilingyang for giving my daughter a beautiful smile!!
