This business still your money. After Dr. Yang passed away no one answer the phone. I already asked for my money back so I can go to a different orthodontic and obviously... they haven't finished my treatment and they are not willing to give my money back. I had an appointment and I went to the office and it was closed. What a SHAME.
So disappointed I can’t believe they just close the practice without notifying the patients. After paying so much of my hard working money! I still can’t believe this is happening sighhh.
I haven't had any services done. I want my money back! I've been ripped off. No phone calls, one email after weeks of dodging me saying "closes until further notice" what does that mean?! How dare you. I am going to the police and the news. Who's with me? Feel free to contact me because I work TOO HARD for my money for you to scam me out of it!
They closed down the business without any notice to their employees or patients. Such a disservice to Dr.Yangs legacy. I understand the family is grieving however this sounds like the widow just didn’t want anything to do with the his practice. With all the monies that they owe us and are refusing to pay us back or give us any information on how to proceed with out a treatment plan. WE CAN CREATE A CLASS-ACTION LAW SUIT! I am trying to find out any information regarding the office closure. Will there be another doctor taking over the practice? If so, when? Right now I need to contact someone to get my daughters records so I can go to another practice. I also wonder if there will be any kind of reimbursement for clients like myself that paid in full.
My son has been seeing Dr. Yang for 3 years and we absolutely loved him and his entire staff! They were always so wonderful to us. When we received the news he passed away we were devastated!! The staff was so incredible after his passing and my son still felt happy to go there. When we got the email that the office was closed we didn’t know what to do! From what one of the doctors told me that filled in for Dr.Yangs, the practice has closed down. So I'm assuming for those of us who paid in full are screwed and have to continue our treatment elsewhere.
