Had a good time at the Barnyard opening today. Disappointed that the price for everyone 1 and over is now the same. $5.00 per person seems high for what is available, we did everything and we were only there about an hour. Hope to either see more stuff added or have a lower price for kids.

Business response:

Hi Heather! Thanks for visiting us today and providing your feedback. We plan to add more animals as the weather continues to warm, such as Belted Galloway cows, a Jersey Calf, and a Mouse House! We will be opening the small petting area as the expectant goats and sheep give birth to little ones, who are then able to transition to outdoor pens. We also await the arrival of baby pigs and bunnies. There's always lots of things happening and changing on the Farm, and the increasing costs of feed, labor, taxes and insurance play... read more

I love visiting Smiling Hill Farm. The ice cream is delicious. The coffee flavored milk is a great way to end a meal. It is like a dessert.

This is the most amazing place for children. We used to go yearly with our oldest child when she was young. After 911 the farm downsized and is it the same. It's still a nice peaceful place to visit with the best ice cream in the world. However, I certainly miss the old days.

It's not a giant zoo- it is a perfect farm with a good variety of animals to see and fun things to do. Ride mini tractors, see baby chicks, eat home made ice-cream, play on the slide, pet and feed the goats. Opening day was today I went to check it out. Looks great! I have a season pass so I will be visiting whenever I get a chance. Great afternoon activity.
