Best experience ever! I had my very own welcoming committee when I arrived at the office. Dr. Jim has an unbelievable staff that goes beyond expectation when it comes to kindness and efficiency. I also feel that Dr. Jim has the best "chair-side" manner in that he explains his intentions for procedures...gives a play-by-play while he's performing..and has a very gentle manner. I have a family of eight and we will ALL become TEAM WILMETTE FAMILY DENTAL in the coming months!! The BEST!

Soothing and relaxed!! Had my teeth cleaned by Dawn, who was fantastic. Dr. Jim was calming and reassuring. I love my dentist and his staff!
