Friendly and Caring It is always a good experience. the staff makes me feel like they remember who I am and are always friendly and caring.
Disgusting and Rude I did NOT like my experience at all at Smiley Dental. The employees are rude and seem bothered when you ask a question. I asked if they could give me a Smiley Dental location closer to where I work and I was given some Smiley dental office in Dallas. I went to one dental appointment and had to wait 3 hours just for the front lady to tell me that they could not see me this day! I explained that I had an appointment and finally was seen. I love Smiley Dental I love Smiley Dental. I never feel they are trying to perform unnecessary procedures. As a bonus, whenever I go in, they greet me by name, seem to remember things we talked about from my last visit, and try to make me as comfortable as possible.
Very Gentle And Thorough People always talk about how hard it is to find a great dentist, and I'm thrilled to say that I lucked out on the first try. Everything about the visit was smooth and painless. The office was spotless, the receptionist was very sweet, the procedures were gentle and thorough.
Impressed As a new patient to Smiley Dental, I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of care and concern by both the staff and Dr.Nguyn. Previously, I had been a patient of the same dentist for over 15 years, so my expectations were very high. Personable If all dental offices were like this one, no one would ever be afraid of going to see a dentist. It's refreshing to have an extremely knowledgeable, practical, meticulous, caring, and personable dentist work on my mouth. It took me a long time to find this place, but I am now blessed.
