Great dental experience! Bottom line, if you are looking for a dentist, start here. You may get put on a waiting list when scheduling an appointment, but so what? Who's in a rush to get to the dentist? And really it's worth it because I can't recall a better dental experience.
I love Smiley Dental I love Smiley Dental. I never feel they are trying to perform unnecessary procedures. As a bonus, whenever I go in, they greet me by name, seem to remember things we talked about from my last visit, and try to make me as comfortable as possible.
I love the entire staff! Each time that I come here to get my braces tightened is a great experience. The Dr. has a great personality and make the visits very pleasurable. very helpful with the financing. I love the entire staff. I am very happy with everything.
Fast service! Went in as an emergency customer. I was in so much pain. I needed my tooth pulled out immediately, and I did. Literally as soon as I walked in I was asked to go inside to get started. The Dr. was very good with her service. It was very fast and professional.
The team is fantastic I really cannot recommend the Dr. highly enough. The rest of her team is fantastic as well. I was also very impressed that she took the time to understand my dental and overall health history and asked me questions about my lifestyle as it pertains to my teeth. Also there was no waiting!!!
Disgusting and Rude I did NOT like my experience at all at Smiley Dental. The employees are rude and seem bothered when you ask a question. I asked if they could give me a Smiley Dental location closer to where I work and I was given some Smiley dental office in Dallas. I went to one dental appointment and had to wait 3 hours just for the front lady to tell me that they could not see me this day! I explained that I had an appointment and finally was seen. Wonderful customer service I went into this office for a new patient exam and was treated like part of the family. I spoke with the manager, Ruby Reyna, and she personally explained my treatment to me in detail. I really enjoy when people, like this young lady, take time to care about their patients instead of just treating them like another number. I will be returning in six months for my checkup.
