They never answer the phone , emails or respond to phone calls..I’ve had horrific experiences with 2 different dentist at the Island Ave facility.. I have been waiting 2 years just to get a crown and partial made & placed .. I paid out of pocket . The 1st dentist was supposed to give me a temporary white crown while my crown was being made . I’m allergic to metal & stated it. She put a metal crown in my mouth anyway & I suffered a migraine headache for over a month.. and severe jawline pain. She removed it and placed a white... read more
Been weeks can’t get no one on phone or return my call to make an appointment like why ????? is this place even in business
Went there the other day nobody answered my call...hole in roof mouse ran across the floor...office was closed... Did this spot shut down??
This place is very unprofessional. They constantly reschedule appointments time after time. Sometimes they close unexpectedly & won’t call you to reschedule appointments. They have live receptionist who never answer any calls , never 👎. The only way to reach the office is by email even if it’s an emergency. Office has 4 chairs 🪑. The communication at this location is horrible. If you guys only have 1 orthodontist just do the public a service & close this location immediately
