Always a positive experience.
I've never received anything but excellent service from Dr. Roles and his entire staff. Been going here for many years, and feel like they are good friends. That's how I am treated each time I visit. This past visit I had some issues and was very concerned, but they did a thorough check and found nothing. However, they advised me to call in a couple of weeks if I was still experiencing any issues. They were even able to fit me in for a cleaning, which I missed in December. I rate the service at Dr. Rolfes office a 5 (Excellent). It is a professional dental office with highly knowledgeable staff. But what makes this office stand out from my point of view is their compassion for their patients. I have a complex dental situation. They assured me that they want and can help me. They are going to do what it takes so I can get the treatment that I need and (from what I think they believe) deserve.
I have been going to Tom Rolfes for over 20 years; he is not only my dentist but also now a great friend. He is extremely caring and professional. I am one of those people that used to cringe with the thought of a dental visit. That is now something of the past. Ashley my hygienist is the best! She makes dental cleaning a pleasure while being gentle and preforming a professional and thorough cleaning. I would go nowhere else after this 20 year relationship.
So grateful I switched to this office! Everyone has been so friendly, informative, and respectful of my time. I just refereed my husband who's a pretty tough critic, and he loved his experience too.
Dr. Do is a great dentist and all the people there are awesome..
