I have been patient for 40 years and I am still confident that I am gritting the best professional and knowledgeable care. The office is always totally organized. Your treatment plans are fully explained along with the costs. Everyone makes you feel welcome and greet you with an upbeat happy attitude. They offer all the latest treatments in dentistry. I just had an old crown replaced today with some new technology that allows a patient to complete the procedure in one day. Dr. Tim Rolfes was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend this new technology and Dr. Tim Rolfes.
I am still astounded with your crown repair milling tech. One visit and I am done??? That is a quantum leap in patient comfort and convenience. I repeatedly refer to my visits as being "pampered". That perspective originating with Dr. McGill in 1987. The group continues to thrive and provide comfort, advanced techniques and staff helpfulness is second to none. Thanks for making my dental visits almost fun, no matter what. Because I know the care is the very best.
My favorite people work this office always accommodating professional and friendly there cannot be a dental office any better than this 10 stars not 5.
The Office Staff and Dental Assistant as well as Dr. Tom were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. As an out of town visitor with a bad tooth, everthing was explained to me in detail and we started on the first course of treatment. I will return if my problem gets worse and if not this office will be my first choice in the future.
I visited the Smiles for OC Dental Group on 2/6/20 (my birthday and was immediately embraced by the entire staff! I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Rolfes and his team for over 30 years and the practice seems to only get better and better! Going to the dentist never something anyone ever enjoys but this is as close to the perfect experience you could hope for!
I left a review on Yelp already, I'm new to the area so I needed a new dentist, I was blessed to find this incredible team who was awesome. Genuinely friendly and caring, I recommended them to everyone on Facebook as well.
