They said my oldest two kids needed work done and wanted me to take them somewhere else. I have no car and their so called free transportation wasn't available for us. Had to ride the city bus with 3 kids. Not to impressed with the staff there also.
I was there for 4hours my baby was is pain and afyer 4hours they decided to give me a little businees card of a childrens dentist wtf ..really bad service
They don't even deserve the one star that I gave. Very unprofessional, inconsistent, and the front office has no clue what they are doing. I would highly recommend not to go here
They took forever to do some X-rays. Didn't updated me as a patient. X-ray machine was broken. For some reason they thought that I don't speak English, at the end they re-schedule me and the skinny lady with braces ask to the receptionist to call my insurance, put me over the phone and cancel my claim by myself. I understand about busy businesses i highly recommend to Listen... apologize... solve theproblem and thank the client, instead take it personal, that attitude could be nicer.
I hate this dentist the staff is so rude and mean. And they take so long. I really really hate the staff.
The wait time was ridiculous (>3 hours), and the staff was extremely rude. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone scheduled me for a basic check-up when I was clear I needed an endodontist. The endodontist was not there on the day I was scheduled, and soon after I was told that they no longer provide root canals under my insurance. Three hours, completely wasted.
This is a piece of shyt place, I wanted to cover up a tooth that hurts, they didn't even cover that tooth up, instead they fucked me up more! And tooths that didn't hurt at all, now they doo! This place fucking sucks ass!
