Staff was excellent ever since the call to set-up appointment. Service was detailed and fast. I am very happy with my new Dentist and his staff.
The Hygienist Erin was was fantastic. Went out of her way to explain and recommend oral cleaning. Wasn't to brutal on the cleaning.
Don't mind going to the dentist once again after changing from a dentist I didn't care for to this wonderful, friendly office.

Everyone was professional as always. It was me that was a little out of sorts. I would like to apologize to Erin the hygienist for being difficult to her.
Was a good day even though a hectic day for the dentist and his staff. So thoughtful of them to give me a gift card to Starbuck's because I had to wait (first time to ever have to wait, by the way). Am hoping the new crown adjusts to perfect; but, if it doesn't in a day or two, I know Dr. Willoughby will fix it! Everythiing always positive with my visits.
