I really hate the dental profession from passed bad personal dental experiences. I am happy to say here with Dr. Willooghby and staff,they all make me feel as comfortable and calm as can be at every visit That is why I have been coming here for over 10 years now.

First off, I have been going to Dr. Willoughby for over 15 years. He even put braces on me as a teenager. So I was very anxious and nervous about getting a filling done on my tooth because I had never had a filling before and was terrified it would be painful. Dr. Willoughby was very understanding of my anxiety about the situation and talked me through each step along the way. He ensured I was nice and numb and wouldn't feel any pain during the procedure. Fabulous dental experience!
I would like to add that not only is the doctor professional and friendly he is a good dentist. His workers like the receptionist are very nice and one actually helped me fill out my paper work because the type was too small for me to read. The oral hygienist was also a very professional person and that is why I have been going there for years now... everyone is very professional in the whole office.
