We love Smiles on Cass! Dr. Jennifer Tan was amazing on my two young children! She was so patient with my 3 year old, even when he wouldn't do what he was told. She was very thorough and took her time with my children to really clean their teeth to be shining pearls. Both my kids felt immediately at ease with Dr. Tan, she handled everything like a true professional. Had an extraction & they were wonderful. Got me in right away because I was in pain & everything was explained thoroughly. I was very comfortable and they made me more at ease due to my anxiety. Highly recommend!!!
Had an appointment for an extraction yesterday. Of course I have absolutely horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist as it is and knowing what I was there for made it even worse. The procedure took almost an hour and a half between my nerves and my tooth being extremely uncooperative. Dr. Tan was so patient and took the time to talk to me and calm me down and took breaks when he could tell I needed them. Not one time did he seem annoyed or impatient. It had been about 5 years since my last cleaning. The dentists, dental assistants and front desk workers were all great! Jennifer did my cleaning, filled a cavity and fixed a gash in my front teeth. She did a great job and my teeth look and feel better than they have in a long time! I will be back!
It had been about 8 years since my last cleaning (sorry mom), and it was time to take my 5 yo to the dentist for the first time before she started kindergarten. I had planned to simply go and let my little one experience things and ask questions. My Exam and cleaning was through quick and friendly!
