I had an appointment today with "Smiles Of Chattanooga". I was greeted by an admin staff that was very professional ,and cordial, my appointment was on time, and made me feel I was appreciated. I was treated by Cindy, Jordann and Dr. Gallien. Everything was explained about what to expect during my treatment. Let me tell you, I have gone to several dentists in Chattanooga and Dunlap and none of them can hold a candle to Dr. Gallien and his staff/assistants at Smiles of Chattanooga. The moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. As a new patient, I was given a tour through the facility and received a very nice gift bag which contained a really nice coffee mug, pen, pocket knife, toothbrushes/toothpaste and a welcome card.
