I had an appointment today with "Smiles Of Chattanooga". I was greeted by an admin staff that was very professional ,and cordial, my appointment was on time, and made me feel I was appreciated. I was treated by Cindy, Jordann and Dr. Gallien. Everything was explained about what to expect during my treatment. Let me tell you, I have gone to several dentists in Chattanooga and Dunlap and none of them can hold a candle to Dr. Gallien and his staff/assistants at Smiles of Chattanooga. The moment you walk in the door, the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. As a new patient, I was given a tour through the facility and received a very nice gift bag which contained a really nice coffee mug, pen, pocket knife, toothbrushes/toothpaste and a welcome card. Horrible customer service at front desk. Spouse and i were reffered. Spouse handed the wrong insurance card, no biggie i will go make a phone call outside while she is being seen. I get the correct info, go back inside only to be told, "we will not see you today and that were glad you had insurance because you were going to have to PAY either way." So I've been a patient for 10 years. Dr Gallien helped me have a beautiful smile at my wedding. I've spent well over $20,000 here. Then they tell me I "need" this crown, so as usual we go forward with it, nothing out of the ordinary. Till I get a bill for the part the insurance should've covered. I find out insurance won't cover it, they tell me they can try to resubmit the claim, so they do, of course nothing changes. Dr. Erin and the entire staff at Smiles of Chattanooga took great care of me today when I came in for an extraction. I have severe anxiety, but everyone from the receptionists to the dentist and hygienists made me completely at ease and communicated with me well during the procedure to make sure I was not getting overwhelmed. They also work with your budget and offer many options to pay for your work. This is the most positive experience I have had at a dental office and I highly recommend.

I'm a new patient and I saw Dr. Erin today. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. The hygienist explains every single detail of what is going to take place. They are so accommodating if you have pain or sensitivity. And the most impressive thing to me is how they honor military veterans. I got a free cleaning today for being a veteran. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
