My Daughter and my grandson were in Braces, now is my turn and I'm very happy with the service.
Terrible experience. The orthodontist assistant used my child's front tooth as a fulcrum when using a tool to extract glued prongs from the back of the tooth and snapped my child's front tooth. They proceeded to say the tooth must have been cracked but anyone knows that you do not use a tooth as a fulcrum. Staff obviously not trained appropriately and management lacks greatly with 'bedside manners'. Look elsewhere.
Getting braces off today...right on schedule! Bittersweet! (for mom) Excellent staff and doctors. Always greeted with a smile and were definitely patient/parent friendly in all aspects. Maybe invisalign for mom next?!! I would recommend highly to anyone!
